Preserving Luster, Strength & Longevity
100% natural virgin hair requires intentional ritual care. Follow our master stylist guide to extend the softness and shine of your extensions for years.
The 3-Step Care Routine
Gentle Cleansing & Conditioning
Wash with warm water and sulfate-free formula every 2-3 days to maintain natural cuticle moisture balance.
Hydration & Heat Defense
Always apply weightless leave-in conditioner and 450°F thermal protectant before blow drying or heat styling.
Silk Wrap & Night Preservation
Braid hair loosely and wrap in a 100% mulberry silk bonnet or pillowcase to eliminate friction and tangling.
Essential Care Instructions
Always brush starting from the ends and move upward towards the roots using a soft-bristled paddle brush or loop brush. Hold the hair at the base near the roots to avoid pulling on your natural hair or extension bonds.
Wash extensions gently in a downward motion with lukewarm water. Apply shampoo softly without scrubbing or bundling the hair on top of your head. Work conditioner through mid-lengths to ends, leaving it on for 3–5 minutes.
Gently towel pat excess moisture — never rub or wring. Allow hair to air-dry up to 80% before blow drying on low-to-medium heat. Always use thermal protectant when flat ironing or curling up to 350°F (180°C).
Never use hair products containing high ethanol alcohol contents, heavy silicones, parabolic sulfates, or clarifying chemical strips. These strip natural moisture levels and cause premature dry friction or tangling.
Never go to sleep with damp or wet hair extensions as this leads to severe matting at the roots. Braid hair into one or two loose side braids, or secure in a high soft scrunchie covered with a silk bonnet.
Clean and completely dry your extensions before storing. Store flat or hung inside a breathable cloth extension carrier bag in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
